Effective Monday, March 1, 2021, Route 3 along Herndon Avenue begins service, and Routes 20 and 45 are rerouted. The new Route 3 will provide service from the El Paseo Shopping Center at Herndon and Riverside to the Clovis Community College Herndon Campus at Herndon and Villa.
