Nancy is an absolute powerhouse, and her contributions this quarter have been nothing short of extraordinary.Nancy has done a phenomenal job ensuring the entire city remains compliant with the Surplus Land Act, a demanding and detail-intensive responsibility that she manages with expertise, consistency, and grace. Her proficiency of right of way regulations and land acquisition processes gives our entire department confidence that we are always operating above board. Beyond compliance, Nancy is a driving force behind keeping our capital projects on schedule. Her proactive mindset and deep knowledge allow her to spot land acquisition and right of way needs before they become roadblocks, saving projects from delays and, more than once, saving project managers from very difficult situations. She doesn’t just do her job; she looks out for the whole team. What makes Nancy truly deserving of this recognition is her heart and dedication. She is always willing to lend a hand, even on her days off, because her commitment to this organization goes far beyond a job description.
