Brian has effectively managed his current workload while taking on the additional responsibility of helping oversee all capital projects in coordination with on-call construction management consultants. His ability to balance competing priorities without compromising quality or progress is a testament to his professionalism and organizational skill. Most recently, Brian played a key role in successfully completing the first package of Pave More Now, a significant milestone that required careful coordination and sustained effort. His contributions were instrumental in bringing this phase of the project to a successful completion. Brian is also recognized for his dedication to staff development. He consistently mentors his senior engineering inspectors and inspector staff, sharing his technical knowledge and providing guidance that strengthens the team’s overall performance and capability. Brian’s work ethic, leadership, and commitment to both project success and staff development make him a highly deserving nominee for Employee of the Quarter.
