The scope of work includes the construction and development of a ten-acre park and a new public street (West Creek Village Way). The new ten-acre park will be located in the center of a planned mixed-use development. The park design consists of the installation of drought tolerant planting, perimeter bioswales, natural grass turf, 100 trees, walking paths, irrigation from reclaimed water, a restroom, a themed playground, utilities, infrastructure, various park furnishing. The public street construction includes a perimeter loop road, which extends off Church Avenue, and will tie into the future private development. The road consists of site utilities (water, sewer, storm drain, and recycled water), drainage, sidewalks, street lighting, curb, and gutter.
