In February 2024, Fresno City Council approved the adoption of new rules and regulations regarding vending in City of Fresno Parks and Regional Parks to allow permitted and licensed vendors to sell food and commercial items. This action established procedures for sidewalk vendors to ensure public health, safety, and public welfare. Please refer to the list below for a detailed list of established guidelines.
