The Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional (CII) rebate now covers up to 100,000 square feet* of lawn conversion.

More square footage means more savings when you ditch your lawn for a business-friendly, water-wise landscape!

State law will soon prohibit CII properties from irrigating non-functional turf (NFT) with potable drinking water.

*A minimum of 200 square feet of lawn must be converted.

*Lawn areas to be converted must be in the front yard and/or visible to the public.

*Applications must receive City approval to begin a conversion project no later than December 31, 2026.

*Approval to begin a project does not guarantee that the enhanced rebate funds will be available when the project is completed.
