Brian is a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management and municipal fleet management. He joined the City of Fresno in 2015 and has since demonstrated his expertise in various roles. Prior to serving as the Director of the General Services Department, Brian held the position of Assistant Director of Transportation.

Brian’s academic achievements include a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and Development as well as a master’s degree in Construction Management, both earned from the University of Southern California. With over 15 years of project management experience, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to his current role.
