Yes, the Trolley is free to ride for everyone!
Are food and drink allowed on the Trolley?
No eating or drinking while on the Trolley
Are animals allowed?
Service animals are allowed to accompany those with disabilities. Emotional support animals and pets are allowed on the Trolley but must be in approved carriers.
Is it handicap accessible?
Yes! All FresnoHOP Trolleys have lifts for easy access for passengers who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices or have difficulty climbing steps.

Can I smoke/vape on the Trolley?
There is no smoking or vaping while inside the Trolley.
If I lose something on the Trolley, who do I reach out to?
To inquire about lost items, call (559) 621-4HOP. If possible, let us know the date the item was lost and a description of the item so we can better assist you in locating the lost item.
Are there cameras on the Trolley?
Yes, for your safety there are cameras inside the Trolley.
Is there a bike rack?
Yes, all FresnoHOP Trolleys are equipped with bike racks. The bike racks are located on the front bumper of the trolley and can accommodate 2 bicycles at a time. Bicycles are not permitted inside the bus at any time. *It is your responsibility to safely load and unload your bicycle.
Does the Trolley have Wi-Fi?
Yes, and it is free for all passengers.
Can I rent the Trolley for Special Events?

The max capacity for the Trolley is 32 passengers.
