Utilities Payment Plan

Payment Plan Options
We understand that managing utility bills can be challenging. To support our customers, we offer flexible payment plan options based on account status and eligibility.
New Payment Plans
If you have never had a Payment Plan or do not currently have one active, you may qualify for a new plan.
Eligibility Requirements:
- No active Payment Plan on your account.
- No prior Payment Plan within the last 12 months.
How It Works:
- Only one Payment Plan is allowed every 12 months.
- We will confirm your understanding and agreement before proceeding.
Existing Payment Plans
If you already have a Payment Plan and your account is delinquent, you have two options:
Option 1: Continue Your Current Payment Plan
- Pay the delinquent amount to keep your plan active.
- One courtesy rework is available during the life of the plan.
Option 2: Rework Your Payment Plan
- Pay 25% of your total outstanding balance.
- This will count as your one courtesy rework.
Service Shut Off for Non-Payment
If your water service has been shut off due to non-payment:
To Restore Service:
- Full payment of your outstanding balance is required.
Commercial & Multi-Residential Accounts
Policy Notice:
- These accounts are not eligible for Payment Plans due to income-generating status.
