Bernard Canez
Sr. Deputy City Clerk

Bernard joined the City Clerk’s Office in 2019. He is responsible for preparing, distributing, and posting the City Council Agendas. He performs administrative duties related to the Clerk’s Office, assists in handling the Public Records Act (PRA) requests, is primary on Boards and Commissions, and is the backup to conforming legislation adopted by the City Council.

Raven Dunlap
Sr. Deputy City Clerk

Raven joined the City Clerk’s office in 2020. She is responsible for coordinating the Employee Services Awards and Employee of the Quarter ceremonies. She performs administrative duties related to the City Clerk’s office and provides support to help ensure the Statement of Economic Interests – Form 700 filers file on time by notifying the filer of their obligations to file a statement by the deadline date.

Amanda Martin
Deputy City Clerk

Amanda joined the City Clerk’s office in 2021. She is the first point of contact in assisting the needs of our residents and City staff. She performs administrative duties related to the City Clerk’s office, posts meeting notices and publications to the City Clerk’s website ensuring they are ADA compliant and is primary on conforming to the legislation adopted by the City Council.

Graphics & Reproduction Services Team (Central Print)

Ryan Whitaker
Central Print Supervisor

Ryan joined the Central Print office in November 2021. He is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all functions of City Graphics & Reproduction Services. He is the main point of contact for initiating new production projects, and manages the organization & accuracy of the department’s resources, transactions and output.

Natalie Berg
Central Print Graphics Technician

Natalie joined the City Clerk’s Central Print office in November 2021. She is responsible for the graphic layout and production of a variety of projects that go through Central Print, from business cards for all the different City of Fresno departments, to the City Council Agenda.
