Briana Parra
Assistant City Clerk

Briana Parra has been with the City Clerk’s Office since June 2017.  Briana provides a wide variety of responsible and complex administrative support to the City Clerk.  Some of her day-to-day activities include Elections Services, Legislative Services, Customer Service, Public Information and Support Services to the City Council.

Cindy Bruer
Sr. Deputy City Clerk

Cindy Bruer joined the Clerk’s Office in August of 1989.  As a Deputy City Clerk, Cindy prepares, distributes and posts the City Council Agendas.  She is also responsible for coordinating the Employee Service Awards and the Employee of The Quarter ceremonies.

Marco Martinez
Sr. Deputy City Clerk

Marco Martinez joined the Office of the City Clerk in 2015. As Senior Deputy City Clerk, Marco is responsible for performing administrative duties related to the City’s records management. He also performs high-level complex research in response to internal and public records requests.

Bernard Canez
Deputy City Clerk

Bernard joined the City Clerk’s Office in 2019. He is responsible for performing administrative duties related to the Clerk’s Office, assists in handling the Public Records Act (PRA) requests, and is the backup to conforming legislation adopted by the City Council.

Raven Dunlap
Deputy City Clerk

Raven joined the City Clerk’s office in 2020. She is the first point of contact in assisting the needs of our residents and City staff. She performs administrative duties related to the City Clerk’s office, posts meeting notices and publications to the City Clerk’s website ensuring they are ADA complaint and is primary on conforming legislation adopted by the City Council
