Briana Parra
Assistant City Clerk

Briana joined the office of the City Clerk in 2017. As the Assistant City Clerk, she provides a wide variety of responsibilities and complex administrative support to the City Clerk. Some of her day-to-day duties include elections services, legislative services, customer support to members of the public, public information, and support services to the City Council. Briana provides support to those who are responsible for filing a Statement of Economic Interests – Form 700 to ensure the filer is filing on time and fulfilling their obligations required by the California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC). Additionally, she assists in overseeing the operations of the Graphics & Reproduction Services division.

Tina Your
Records Supervisor

Tina joined has been with the City of Fresno since 2012 and recently joined the Office of the City Clerk team in 2022. As the Record Supervisor she is responsible for classifying, filing, searching and maintaining records, locating and archiving records for the City of Fresno, and preparing records for destruction according to the adopted records retention schedule. Tina is the first point of contact to handle the Public Records Act (PRA) requests.

Bernard Canez
Sr. Deputy City Clerk

Bernard joined the City Clerk’s Office in 2019. He performs a variety of administrative duties related to the Clerk’s Office. Bernard is primary on Boards and Commissions and assists the Record Supervisor in handling the Public Records Act (PRA) requests. Additionally, he the backup for preparing, distributing, and posting the City Council Agendas and conforming legislation adopted by the City Council.

Amanda Martin
Sr. Deputy City Clerk

Amanda joined the City Clerk’s office in 2021. She is the first point of contact in assisting the needs of our residents and City staff. She performs a variety of administrative duties related to the City Clerk’s office. Amanda is primary on preparing, distributing, and posting the City Council agenda and conforming all the legislation adopted by City Council. She posts all meeting notices and publications to the City Clerk’s website ensuring they are ADA compliant and accepting summons and complaints for the City of Fresno.

Graphics & Reproduction Services Team (Central Print)

Ryan Whitaker
Central Print Supervisor

Ryan joined the Central Print division in 2021. He is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all functions of City Graphics & Reproduction Services. He is the main point of contact for initiating new production projects, manages the organization & accuracy of the department’s resources, and all transactions and output.

 

Natalie Berg
Central Print Graphics Technician

Natalie joined the Central Print division in 2021. She is responsible for the graphic layout and production of a variety of projects that go through Central Print division. She develops visual art concepts and layouts for brochures, publications, and other marketing materials.

 

Kou Xiong
Central Print Clerk

Kou joined the Central Print division in February 2022. She is responsible for the City of Fresno mail distribution, performs a variety of general clerical duties, and is responsible for production of the City Council agenda, business cards, and legal notices for all different City of Fresno departments.
