Kimberly Sandoval, Engineer II with the Utilities Management Division
The Capital Projects Department proudly nominates Kimberly Sandoval as Employee of the Quarter, in recognition of her outstanding performance on the Utilities Project Management team. Kimberly joined the City of Fresno in 2024 and has shown exceptional growth and dedication in the completion of several pump station projects. She has navigated through unfamiliar territory while collaborating with design staff and an evolving client team. Despite various challenges, she has remained diligent and adaptable, helping to lay the groundwork for future projects. Kimberly is proactive and organized and is a reliable team member who isn’t afraid to take on new or difficult tasks. Her contributions have been invaluable to the city as well as the community she serves. Congratulations Kimberly, your recognition is well deserved!
