Mike Mooneyham, Licensed Professional Engineer with the On-site Project Management Division
Mike is currently managing several high-profile projects for the City of Fresno including the Senior Activity Center, 911 Emergency Call Center and Fire Station 12. These projects represent some of the highest priorities for the city administration to provide a place for the senior population of Fresno along with enhancing public safety through the call center and new fire station. Mike is a true professional and when he came to the City of Fresno, the On-Site Project Management team was in its infancy. He was able to step into the position seamlessly and provide excellent customer service to our partner departments, while learning all the City’s processes along the way. He has been instrumental in leading new project delivery methods, include Progressive Design-Build, currently being the process to deliver the Senior Activity Center. He works well with his peers and is looked at as a mentor to junior staff. He has provided guidance and mentorship to these individuals, all the while giving them the opportunity to guide the projects themselves. He is a very detailed individual who takes great pride in working with outside consultants to deliver his projects on schedule and within budget. Several partner departments have also praised his work ethic and leadership and have complete confidence in him to lead their projects.
