Ride FAX Buses to Fresno Cooling Centers

On days when the outside temperature is over 105 degrees, the City of Fresno opens its cooling centers from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm.  FAX provides transit service to designated cooling centers when they are open.

The locations of the cooling centers, their address, and the routes that service them are listed below.

Ted C. Wills Community Center 770 N. San Pablo (accessible via Routes 22, 33, or 35)

Frank H. Ball Community Center 760 Mayor Avenue (accessible via Routes 32 or 34)

Mosqueda Community Center 4676 E. Butler (accessible via Routes 26 or 34)

Pinedale Community Center 7170 N. San Pablo (accessible via Routes 1, 26, 32, or 34)

Romain Community Center, 745 N. First Street, (accessible via Routes 3334, or 35

Holmes Community Center, 212 S. First Street, (accessible via Routes 1, 22, 34

Inspiration Community Center, 5770 W. Gettysburg, (accessible via Route 12

Einstein Park, 3566 E. Dakota Ave., (accessible via Route 28

Quigley Park, 808 W. Dakota Ave., (accessible via Route 22

Melody Park, 5935 E. Shields Ave., (accessible via Route 45
