| The City of Fresno’s One Call Center was established as a “one stop shop” to offer the citizens of Fresno an easy means of getting City information or reporting issues. |

| If you want to sign up for utility service, you can fill out the following form and submit it by E-mail. All online request will be processed within 48 hours of receipt, except weekends and holidays. |

| If you would like to discontinue service, fill out this form and submit by E-mail. All requests to discontinue service will be completed within 48 hours of receipt of online request, except weekends and holidays. |
