The Idea$ Pay Program has been in existence since 1999 and has given out more than 16 awards. These awards were presented to employees (individual and team based) for their innovation, individualism, high standards of customer service and actively engaging in the process of improving City government. The Idea$ Pay Program encourages, fosters and promotes the development, submittal and implementation of individual/team-based employee ideas that increase the City's efficiency, service to the public or make work conditions safer.

How to submit an Idea
To submit your idea, click on the application below, complete the document and send it along it with any backup documentation to, Christie Kelly
in the General Services Department. Be sure to include as much information as possible to show that the idea will create a significant cost savings, generate substantial new revenue or result in a significant improvement in the quality of service or the working environment.
