One Call Center


What is the One Call Center?

The City of Fresno’s One Call Center was established as a “one stop shop” to offer the citizens of Fresno an easy means of getting City information or reporting issues.

Now a citizen can obtain desired information, report an issue or check on a previously reported issue by simply calling a single number, (559) 621-CITY (559-621-2489). The same service can also be experienced online through the use of our self-service system, which was designed for those who would prefer the convenience of communicating via the Internet.

The use of Self-Service requires an account to login. New users please contact One Call Center staff at 559-621-2489 to create a new account.

This number is staffed Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm by City personnel and will be answered by a live operator at all other times.
