Thanksgiving Schedule for City of Fresno Offices, Services
Fresno, CA – City of Fresno offices will be closed in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, Nov. 28, and Friday, Nov.29. Normal operations will resume on Monday, Dec. 2.

Airports: Administrative offices closed. Terminal, concessions and airlines normal operations otherwise.

City Clerk’s Office: Closed.

City Hall Offices: Closed.

Fire/Police Departments: Offices and public counters will be closed. Normal operations otherwise.

Fresno Area Express: Offices closed. Buses will operate on weekend schedules. FAX route maps and schedules are available on the City’s website.

Development and Resource Management: Closed.

Parking Division: No enforcement at parking meters and City parking facilities on Thursday and Friday. Office closed for citation payments both days.

Parks and Recreation (PARCS): Offices closed Thursday and Friday. No senior hot meals Thursday and Friday. Regional and neighborhood parks open every day. Neighborhood and community centers closed Thursday but open Friday for normal hours from 3-8 p.m.

Personnel: Closed. Online applications accepted at

Public Utilities: Offices closed.

Public Works: Offices closed.

Residential Solid Waste: There will be no collection service on Thursday. On Friday, Nov. 29, the regular schedule for Thursday trash, recyclables and green waste collection will be followed. On Saturday, Nov. 30, the regular schedule for Friday trash, recyclables and green waste collection will be followed. Regular service will resume on Monday, Dec. 2. Business office will be closed. Utility Payments Offices: Payment counters closed. Online and phone transactions available for utility payments.
