FRESNO, CA – The Mayor’s Community Advisory Panel (CAP) is pleased to announce the fifth town hall meeting with Mayor Ashley Swearengin and Fresno residents on Wednesday, August 25 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Saint Anthony Mary Claret Catholic Church in Southeast Fresno.
Mayor Swearengin will make brief introductory remarks before hearing directly from residents about any ideas or concerns they may have. Topics at the town hall meeting may include, but not be limited to, code enforcement, public safety, public works, the City’s budget and the delivery of service.
Spanish language interpretation services will be available at the town hall meeting.
Councilmember Mike Dages, who represents the council district where the town hall meeting will be held, also will participate in the event.
The Mayor’s Community Advisory Panel was created to enhance citizen participation in civic affairs through the development of programs such as the Fresno Citizens Academy, town hall meetings, and other outreach efforts.
