The City of Fresno together with Squire/ADI Development has completed a newly constructed affordable housing and is seeking qualified families for the development.

Geneva Village is a gated affordable housing development just completed in southwest Fresno. Located on the southwest corner of Church and Elm Avenues, amenities of the apartment complex include 139 rental units for very-low to low income, large families. There are after-school programs and each unit comes with free internet access. Monthly rates range from $252 to $771 depending on income and number of bedrooms. Additionally, the facility includes a very large community room, one large pool, one paddler pool, six tot lots, a sports field, a computer room and six laundry facilities.

“Our community has a tremendous need for affordable housing for families. We are very pleased to be a part of this first-rate development,” noted Michael Sigala, City of Fresno Housing and Community Development Manager.

More than 100 units are currently available for rent. Geneva Village is located within the West Fresno School District in close proximity to West Fresno Elementary and West Fresno Middle School.
