CITY OF FRESNO RESPONDS: PARKS, PD & FIRESITES PREPARED FOR RED CROSS DONATIONS

FRESNO , CA ( September 2, 2005) – With the support of Mayor Alan Autry, the City of Fresno has gathered its resources and is coordinating 30 different City facility locations throughout Fresno to help collect donations for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Effective immediately and lasting through Monday September 12, 2005, an American Red Cross donation box will be at each of the following locations:

Fresno City Hall 2600 Fresno Street, 1 st Floor

  • Headquarters: 2323 Mariposa Mall (between Tulare and Fresno Streets)
  • Northeast: 1450 E. Teague (at the corner of Cedar)
  • Northwest: 3789 N. Hughes (near Dakota)
  • Southwest: 1221 Fresno Street (in the Kearney Palms Shopping Center)
