A Fresno First! Rare Baby Animals To Be Unveiled Soon

FRESNO, CA (July 12 , 2004) Something’s coming… The Chaffee Zoo is excited to announce the unveiling of three brand new animals never before seen in Fresno . EVER!

These babies, born on November 25, 2003 , will be available for viewing by the general public beginning July 17, 2004 , in the Sunda Forest exhibit. That is also where Zoo guests can visit the orangutans, siamang, and Indochinese tigers.

What’s coming? Keep an eye out for more details on this new trio that’s sure to make a lasting impression on the Central Valley .

Zoo hours (through October 2004):
9 am to 4 pm daily

Zoo prices:
Adults (ages 12 – 61 yrs.): $7.00
Seniors (62+ yrs.): $3.50
Children (ages 2 – 11 yrs.): $3.50
Toddlers (under 2 yrs.): Free
