One Call Center
The City of Fresno’s One Call Center is a one stop shop for residents of Fresno to stay in touch with the City, get answers to their questions and report on issues they are facing. One phone call to (559) 621-CITY (559-621-2489), can connect individuals to resources in multiple departments.
The same service can also be experienced online through the use of our self-service system, which was designed for those who would prefer the convenience of communicating via the Internet.
This number is staffed Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm by City personnel and will be answered at all other times by a live operator who will gather information for your request and report it to the One Call Center team.
