The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) was signed into law by President Obama on February 17, 2009. The legislation aims to stimulate the nation’s economy, protect and expand job opportunities, address long-term infrastructure needs, and protect those in greatest need.

The City of Fresno will receive millions of dollars in funding from the Federal government through the ARRA legislation. The City Council and I are fully committed to transparency and accountability in the way these funds are utilized in our community.

This website is designed to provide ongoing and updated information regarding funds received by the City of Fresno through the ARRA legislation. This site will provide detailed reports on how these funds are spent and their impact on our local economy. In addition, this site will identify opportunities for local companies to bid on projects generated through these stimulus dollars.
