Residential wastewater charges are determined based on number of living units. There are currently two residential billing classifications, Single Family Residential (SFR) and Multi-Family Residential (MFR). Billing for Residential customers is performed bimonthly by the City of Fresno.

SFR:

• Billed a flat rate of $25.75 per month

MFR:

• Billed a flat rate of $25.75 per month for the first unit and $17.29 for each additional unit

Pretreatment Charges

A Pretreatment Surcharge is charged to all users for the implementation of the pretreatment program.

• PT04: Residential @ $0.06 per month
