Utility Billing Information
Utilities Billing and Collection (UB&C) is directly responsible for the billing and collection of the City of Fresno's utilities fees and charges. Specifically, the division collects fees for water, sewer , solid waste, and community sanitation. UB&C has approximately 120,000 customers that comprise twelve billing groups.
