Certified Collection Center Appreciation

Certified Collection Centers have been a great benefit to the City of Fresno. By collecting used motor oil and filters they are helping to prevent oil from being dumped illegally on the ground or down storm drains; keeping our rivers, lakes, ponding basins, and groundwater clean. To show our appreciation for all their hard work, certificates will be presented to all 36 Certified Collection Centers in Fresno.

Michael Toyota & Michael Cadillac Help the Environment!

On May 25, 2007 Recycling Program staff presented Michael Toyota and Michael Cadillac with "Certificates of Appreciation" for their participation as Certified Used Motor Oil Collection Centers.
In FY06, Michael Toyota and Micahel Cadillac recycled over 34,745 gallons of used motor oil.

We thank Michael Toyota & Michael Cadillac for doing their parts by providing the public with a safe environment to dispose of used motor oil and filters.

Lithia Ford Helps the Environment!

On May 25, 2007 Recycling Program staff presented Lithia Ford with a "Certificate of Appreciation" for their participation as a Certified Used Motor Oil Collection Center.
In FY06, Lithia Ford recycled over 4,800 gallons of used motor oil.

We thank Lithia Ford for doing their part by providing the public with a safe environment to dispose of used motor oil and filters.

On April 24, 2007 Recycling Program staff presented the Blackstone Jiffy Lube with a "Certificate of Appreciation" for their participation as a Certified Used Motor Oil Collection Center.
In FY06, the Jiffy Lube on Blackstone recycled over 15,500 gallons of used motor oil.
