Chief Dyer would like to let the public and the media know that while Officer Nieto remains in extremely critical condition, he has shown signs of improvement after a second surgery.Chief Dyer would also like to announce that Crime Stoppers has significantly increased the reward for arrests in the officer Nieto shooting investigation.The reward for information leading to an arrest has increased from $10,000 to $30,000 >more |

According to American Ambulance and the Fresno Police Department, there have been at least three (3) heat-related deaths in the City of Fresno over the last 24 hours.
