Murder Victim Identified

Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer is releasing information regarding the 48th murder in the City of Fresno that occurred on Monday, December 25, 2006.
On Christmas Day at 4:06 am, Fresno Police responded to 2705 S. Martin Luther King Boulevard at the Kings Estates Apartments regarding a shooting victim.
The Fresno Police Homicide Unit responded and learned that Kenneth McMillon, 18 years of age, had been shot while inside his residence. Investigating officers believe that this is an isolated incident and that McMillon was the intended target. Evidence recovered indicated that there was a narcotic sale taking place inside the apartment.
