Fresno Police Featured on NBC Nightly News

Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer is proud to announce that the Department's Traffic Enforcement Bureau will be the subject of a story on NBC Nightly News.
The story will air on a segment titled "What Works," which is an ongoing series profiling programs in business and government that are innovative and effective.
NBC News spent two days in Fresno following our Traffic Bureau as they conducted courtroom operations, bar watch operations, a DUI checkpoint, and probation searches. NBC News also conducted interviews with Chief Dyer and Captain Andy Hall.
The Fresno Police Department segment is scheduled to run tomorrow night (Wednesday 11/22/06) on KSEE 24. The news program begins at 5:30 pm. The Fresno Police segment will air sometime during the half-hour program.
