White Picket Fence Program
The City of Fresno administers the White Picket Fence Program which was created by Mayor Alan Autry in 2003. The White Picket Fence Program reminds us of tree lined streets, healthy families, yards and flowers surrounded by white picket fences as a visual of a sound quality of life.
Eligible participants may be referred by the Senior Paint Program. Additional criteria require that the property not have an existing fence.
