Housing Rehabilitation Programs
The City of Fresno's Housing and Community Development Division administers several housing rehabilitation programs for both single-family homes and multi-family (rental) homes for the benefit of low-income families. Our wide array of programs can help improve homes to provide decent and safe housing as follows:
Programs Available
Home Improvement Program (HIP)- for low-income homeowners
Disabled Accessiblity Grant Program- for disabled and senior homeowners
Rental Rehabilitation Loan Program (RRLP) - for owners of 2-10 unit rental housing properties
Senior Citizen Paint Program - for low-income senior homeowners
White Picket Fence- for low-income senior homeowners
