Please complete this form to report a code enforcement violation within the City of Fresno. This form will be e-mailed to the Code Enforcement Division and responded to in the order it was received. You will be contacted by phone or e-mail if additional information is required. Response time will vary according to the number of complaints currently on file. It is the internal policy of Code to keep all information as to the reporting party confidential in nature. Information obtained from Reporting parties is used for investigation purposes, and is required in order to process a case. Code Enforcement does not process anonymous complaints.
