Inspection Services provide field inspections during the construction process for compliance to the approved plans. Field inspectors from Residential, Commercial Building, Electrical and Plumbing/Mechanical perform periodic inspections at various stages of construction. Residential inspectors (Building Inspector II and III) perform combination inspections (all disciplines) for Single Family projects where as Commercial inspections are performed by those respective specialties. Each inspector is assigned an area of the City and performs daily inspections in that area.
