AB 1825 (Supervisor-Level Anti-Harassment/Anti-Discrimination) Training
As mandated by Assembly Bill 1825, all City new hires are required to attend a 2-hour Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination training. However, City employees hired or promoted into a Supervisory position are required to take a Supervisor level Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination training within six months of appointment. Please speak with
Melany Felton if you have questions as to whether or not you are required to take this training.
We have contracted with a vendor to provide online AB 1825 training which meets the requirements of this California law. Please see
Melany Felton or
Charon Mckinley to engage in this training.
However, in the Fall of 2009, traditional classroom AB 1825 training is being offered. Please see the AB 1825 Training Calender for those dates. American Management Association (AMA) Podcasts
