Deferred Compensation Plan Administration
This Plan shall be administered by the City of Fresno Deferred Compensation Board which shall represent the Employer and all participants in all matters concerning the administration of this Plan.

Plan Document


The Plan Document was established for the sole benefit of eligible employees of the City of Fresno.

Investment Policy


The Deferred Compensation Investment Policy was revised and approved by the Deferred Compensation Board on February 6, 2009.



Enrollment Process

  1. To enroll, you will need to submit a Participation Agreement to:
    City of Fresno Retirement Office
    2828 Fresno Street Suite 201
    Fresno CA 93721-1327
  2. Wait approximately two (2) pay periods.
  3. Call Fidelity Investments at 1-800-343-0860 to establish your deferred contribution dollar ($) amount and choose your investment options.

Loan to Participants


As long as you are an active employee, enrolled in the City's Deferred Compensation Plan, you can request a loan application directly with Fidelity by calling 1-800-343-0860 or online at www.fidelity.com/atwork.
