Neighborhood Parks Program

Effective October 1, 2015, all credit card transactions will be assessed a 2.3% convenience fee. This will appear as a separate line item on your credit card statement. The convenience fee is being charged by Heartland Payment Systems.

PARCS' Recreation activities are created to meet the needs of the whole child... mind, body and spirit. The programs at Fresno’s neighborhood centers enhance the physical, cultural, intellectual and social experiences of Fresno youth. Most centers are open to the public Monday though Friday from 3-7pm.

Children can choose from the following programs:

- Fitness & Nutrition

- Seasonal Sports

- Environmental Education

- Visual Arts/Performing Arts

- Movie Nights

- Informal Science

- Holiday Events

- Cultural Celebrations

- Homework Labs

- CPR & Safety Training

Throughout the year, Neighborhood Parks offers several sports including but not limited to; basketball, soccer, baseball, and flag football. Call 621-PLAY throughout the year to get information on upcoming sports schedules and registration.
