Regional Parks 

The City of Fresno has three beautiful Regional Parks for the public to enjoy. Each park has its own unique amenities and reserve-able areas. Please browse the following pages for more information on Woodward ParkRoeding Park, and the Regional Sports Complex.

Entrance Fees:

Currently, there is a $3 per vehicle charge to enter Woodward Park, the Regional Sports Park and Roeding Park during the months of February through October. During our winter months there will be No Charge Monday through Friday, except for Weekends and selective Holidays.

Annual Passes:  Park Passes can be purchased for $25.00*, plus a refundable first time Access Pass deposit of $10.00, from Ace Parking Management located at 2115 Kern Street, Suite 102 (corner of Kern and Van Ness). Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Passes may also be purchased by mail by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope, check or money order for $35.00* ($25 fee + $10 deposit) and a completed Annual Parking Application to:

Ace Parking will mail you an activated entry card. The annual pass application can be downloaded (below) or picked up at any Regional Park tollbooth. Passes are valid for entry into Woodward Park, Roeding, and the Regional Sports Complex. For additional information, please contact Ace Parking at (559) 264-6422.

Picnic Reservations:


Reservations can be scheduled one year in advance between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. by telephone (559) 621-2900 or in person at the Parks Office. Fees for picnic tables in reserved areas vary at each park (see individual park pages for pricing). Tables may be reserved for one half day (either 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.) or for the entire day (7a.m. to 10 p.m.). If your reservation extends from the first half into any part of the second half of the day, you will be charged the whole day fee. The park is staffed to ensure that reservations are honored. Please report any problems to the fee booth attendant at the park entrance.
