Whatever you have in mind for fun or relaxation, Roeding Park is just the place to spend the afternoon!
Beautifully landscaped with cool blue lakes, huge groves of trees, rolling green lawns, and dotted by flower gardens, the park contains eight championship tennis courts, two dance pavilions, horseshoe pits, slides and playgrounds, and many picnic areas, complete with picnic tables, and barbecue pits.
Parks Hours and Entrance Fees: The park is open April through October, 6am to 10pm and November through March, 6am to 10pm and November through March, 6am to 7pm. ADMISSION is $3 per vehicle, there will be No Charge during the Winter Months Monday through Friday, except on Weekends and selective Holidays.
ANNUAL PASSES: Park Passes can be purchased for $25.00*, plus a refundable first time Access Pass deposit of $10.00, from Ace Parking Management located at 2115 Kern Street, Suite 102 (corner of Kern and Van Ness). Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Passes may also be purchased by mail by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope, check or money order for $35.00* ($25 fee + $10 deposit) and a completed Annual Parking Application to:

Ace Parking will mail you an activated entry card. The annual pass application can be downloaded (below) or picked up at any Regional Park tollbooth. This 159 Acre Regional Park is located on Belmont Avenue next to Freeway 99 and attracts 600,000 visitors annually. It's grassy acres include a lake, several ponds, and groves of ash, cedar, pine, and eucalyptus, maple, and redwood trees. There are numerous children's playgrounds and 96 picnic tables and 9 picnic shelters scattered throughout the park. For Picnic Shelter Reservations call the Parks Division at (559) 621-2900 Scattered picnic tables located throughout the park need no reservations.
FRESNO CHAFFEE ZOO is open every day of the year from 9 am to 4 pm.

ROTARY PLAYLAND is open daily March 15 through Ocotber 15 from 10am to 5:30pm and Weekends November through January from 10am to 5pm.
Boating is available on Lake Washington in the Park. Rental of motor boats, row boats, and paddle boats is $7 per 1/2 hour.
