The Parks, Recreation and Community Services department operates multiple community and neighborhood centers throughout the City. These centers offer a wide range of activities, programs, and community services for children, youth, adults and seniors including arts, crafts, fitness, recreation, sports, day camps, and special events.



Einstein Neighborhood Center
The park is located at Millbrook and Dakota Avenues in Central Fresno.

El Dorado Neighborhood Center
This park is adjacent to the grounds of Wesley United Methodist Church in Northeast Fresno at Fourth and Barstow Avenues.

Fink-White Neighborhood Center
This park is near Amador and Whitesbridge Avenues in Southwest Fresno.

Frank H. Ball Neighborhood Center
The park is located near Inyo and A Streets in Southwest Fresno.

Highway City Neighborhood Center
Located North of Shaw Avenue and East of Freeway 99 in the Highway City Community.

Holmes Neighborhood Center
Located West of First Avenue and south of Tulare near the historic Huntington Blvd.  

Lafayette Neighborhood Center
This park is located west of Blackstone and south of Shields Avenue on Princeton at Glenn.

Melody Neighborhood Center
The park is located on the corner of Fowler and Shields Avenues in East Central Fresno.

Quigley Neighborhood Center
This park is located on the northwest corner of Fruit and Dakota, south of Ashlan Avenue.

Romain Neighborhood Center
This park is located on First Street between Belmont and Olive Avenues in Southeast Fresno.

Sunset Neighborhood Center


Located next to the Sunset Elementary School just east of Crystal Avenue west of West Avenue and south of Kearney Boulevard in West Fresno.

Mosqueda Community Center

Located in the Pinedale Community, next to the Pinedale Elementary School and North of Herndon Avenue and West of Blackstone Avenue and Highway 41. (559) 621-6600
