North Pointe Business Park
Phase I
www.northpointebusinesspark.comNorth Pointe is a master-planned business park catering to industrial users. It offers state-of-the-art speculative buildings, land and building ownership opportunities, and build-to-suit options.
The Parnagians, a local farming family, own the land that this 230-acre project sits on. They waited for years until the timing was right to develop this industrial park. In early 2006, they broke ground on the first 70 acres.
Corporate Express Document & Print Management, Inc.is the first tenant in the new park. They signed a lease for a 110,500 square foot build-to-suit, with room for an additional 50,000 square foot expansion.

Back to TopOn the Horizon. . .The Legacy Downtown

Developers Brian Glover and Chris Cummings, part of the group that owns the Fresno Grizzlies (AAA Baseball), the Fresno Fuego (Soccer), and the Fresno Falcons (Hockey), have proposed a new development for downtown Fresno.
They want to build a public ice rink, 73,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurants, and 160 apartments in the Selland Arena parking lot.
This innovative multi-story development would feature solar panels on the roof to help offset the cost of operating the indoor ice rink.
