Summary of MRZ Benefits
This program allows qualified new or expanding businesses within the MRZ boundaries to obtain refunds of certain fees, reductions of building permit fees, and refunds of sales and/or property taxes.
MRZ Boundary MapThe MRZ contains all properties within the City Limits south of McKinley Avenue and west of Peach Avenue.
2006-2007 Application to Determine Eligibility
2007-2008 Application to Determine EligibilityOnce a Qualifying Event has taken place, a New or Expanding Business must fill out an application to determine Eligibility.

2007-2008 MRZ Hiring Voucher
Each New or Expanding Business must fill out a hiring voucher for each new employee living within the MRZ boundaries.

During the Filing Period, October 1 through June 1, a qualified business must fill out a Request for Payment form in order to receive the refunds and/or credits they are entitled to.
