Enterprise Zone Hiring Voucher Directions

Directions for obtaining a City of Fresno Enterprise Zone Hiring Credit Voucher:
- Complete the Enterprise Zone Application and Voucher Forms. If the employee is not available, the application may be filled out by the employer or consultant. These forms must be completed in full in order to be processed by the City of Fresno.
- If the employee appears to be eligible, obtain Proper Documentation. Applicant statements are no longer acceptable! If you are qualifying the employee as an "Economically Disadvantaged Individual" you must include an Income Verification Worksheet.
- Send Voucher/Application forms and proper documentation, along with payment (check or money order only) and Voucher Remittance Form to:
