The City of Fresno, along with its organizing partners, is hosting the 3rd Annual Business Matchmaking & Networking Event on August 14, 2009 in Fresno, California. The focus of this event is to match large private companies or government agencies with minority-, woman-, disabled veteran-owned, and local business vendors who are limited in their ability to gain exposure to large contracts.
This Business Matchmaking and Networking Event will be held on August 14, 2009 at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The event format will include exhibit booths and structured meeting times with small businesses. Workshops will be available for registered attendees prior to the event to learn about the certifications that are often required to do business with large entities, and teach effective matchmaking techniqures.
