What We Do
Downtown Parking
Parking Services operates and enforces
parking meters in Downtown Fresno. They also own many
lots and garages available to the public and downtown employees. Whether you visit downtown for business or for leisure, we provide great parking access to many offices and attractions.

Around Town
The Parking Services Division also enforces parking violations outside the downtown area. Hospitals, shopping centers, and residential neighborhoods are just a few places you can expect to see a Parking Controller patrolling for violations. This coverage assures that handicap spaces are not abused, public safety is not compromised, and abandoned vehicles are not stored on City streets. Parking Services also works in conjunction with other City departments for new or refreshed curb painting, signage, zone revisions, and other safety issues.
If you observe a parking violation that concerns you (i.e. blocking a hydrant or driveway, commercial rigs in residential areas) please contact our office so we can inspect the area.
