10 Year Plan
In September of 2008, the City and County of Frenso adopted a 10-Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness. The City of Fresno created its Homless Policy and Prevention division to ensure progress in our with with multiple community agencies to see through our commitment of improving the quality of life for Fresno’s most vulnerable citizens.
