City of Fresno Communications Office
The Communications Office is responsible for overseeing the City’s public outreach activities, including media relations. Our primary goal is to provide accurate and timely information to a wide array of city stakeholders.
We work directly with the Office of the Mayor and Office of the City Manager to enhance public awareness of city-sponsored initiatives, communicate city policy and increase civic participation.
To support these efforts, the Communications Office manages the city’s website and video channels; produces publications and multimedia programming; and coordinates the city’s Speaker’s Bureau.
The Office also provides support to the Mayor’s Community Advisory Panel and assists with the presentation of Town Hall meetings throughout the year.
