Claudia Ruiz- Chief of Staff
Previously an Employment Readiness Specialist at the Fresno County Economic Opportunities Commission and former services aide with the Parcs Department, Ruiz will serve as Chief of Staff. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science from California State University, Fresno. Ruiz is fluent in Spanish.




Ann Marie Oliveira- Council Assistant
A former newscast producer at ABC30 KFSN, Oliveira will serve as council assistant. She will handle constituent services and communications for the office. Oliveira holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from California State University, Fullerton.







Humberto Avila- Council Assistant
A former Democratic Party candidate for State Assembly, Avila will work in constituent services. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from California State University, Fresno. Avila is fluent in Spanish.
