There are many other projects underway in Southeast are regarding the general rehabilitation of the area, ranging from graffiti clean up, to Southeast’s new firehouse. Below is a list of all current and pending projects aimed at enhancing the district’s beauty.

  • Fire Station 15
    The most recent addition to Southeast Fresno is under construction on Clovis & Park Circle




  • Fairground Fence
    The median located on Kings Canyon Rd. between Chance and Chestnut is a fine example of our quest to make our section of Fresno look exceptional. This fence has artwork included that reflects the fair’s culture. This fence is also Southeast Fresno’s first public art under the Public Art Ordinance.

  • Pacific University & Willow
    Cementing the portion of sidewalk on Willow that perimeters Fresno Pacific University.

  • Sequoia Health Clinic
    Located on Butler & Orange, the area around this health clinic was in need of being improved. The sidewalk and curbs located around the perimeter were updated.

  • Kings Canyon Rd. & Adler Health Clinic
    On the Northwest corner of Kings Canyon Rd. and Adler, is the site of this future health clinic facility. This site is currently under construction and will be open soon.

  • No Neighborhood Left Behind
    This 5-year program is aimed at targeting neighborhoods in Southeast Fresno that are in critical need of installation and/or repair of the streets, sidewalks, gutters, and curbs. This program’s main goal is to bring the streets of Southeast up to acceptable standards. Current NNLB projects include Adler to Willow & Huntington, and also Peach to Minnewawa & Huntington and Kings Canyon

  • Handicapped Ramps
    All handicap ramps are currently installed in Southeast Fresno

  • Asian Village Rehabilitation
    This area is being updated with the desired look of San Francisco’s own Chinatown.
  • FAX Transit Center
    This new transit center will be developed at the previous Elk’s Lodge location on E Kings Canyon, directly across form Adler Ave. This development will also include new senior housing that will be built in the surrounding area of the transit center.
