Please join us in the ceremony of presenting a Resolution of Commendation from the City of Fresno and honorable medals to twelve year old Chandler Vargas, on behalf of his Grandfather, AN4 Manual Vargas, who served our country from March 08, 1948 to March 07, 1952. Some of the medals include:
