Larry Westerlund District 4 Councilmember
01/05 to 05/08 and 06/09 to 12/12
Larry Westerlund, Council member for District Four from 01/05 to 05//08, is a Lieutenant Commander with the U.S. Naval Reserves and was deployed from May of this year until May of 2009.
During that time, Larry won his second term as council member for district four. Upon his return, scheduled for 05/09, he will resume his position as a sworn council member until his second term is over in 12/12. Larry is no longer a city representative and is unable to respond to city matters while serving in the armed services.
